No sure if everyone would consider this 'high art' however to me, there is no better art than when Mother Nature paints.
I often take photos when I wait for the bus, this is the view across from the bus stop near my home.
The view behind me is this pond.
In case you are wondering, I live in the city just at the edge of the city limits, about 9km from the city centre.

This is Thanksgiving long week in Canada. Unlike the Thanksgiving tradition in the States of remembering the Pilgrims and settling in the New World, Canadians give thanks for a successful harvest. In Canada Thanksgiving is celebrated on the second Monday in October, the harvest season is earlier in Canada as we are further north. On the way home, Holly ran off the path and jumped/fell into deep pocket of swampy mud. I had to give her a bath once we got home; she thought it was humiliating and howled the whole time. She liked her treats afterward though…
